In the field of Construction and Infrastructure Law, we provide legal consultancy and attorneyship services, initially, on the negotiation, preparation and follow-up phases of construction contracts and, secondly, on all the processes from the beginning of the commodity, service and construction contracts drafted through tendering procedure, with the public administrations, until the completion of their performance.
